CoinGlide is a walkthrough library, not a helpdesk. There is no live chat and no support ticket system. What this project has is a reader who sends in a correction — and it reads every one of them.
Corrections get priority
The fastest route is through the channels our readers already use: both UsdtChange and CryptoChange gather operational feedback, and corrections about the walkthroughs travel along the same wire. A screenshot of a walkthrough paragraph that aged badly, next to an explorer page that contradicts it, is the ideal submission.
What belongs to the desks
Anything about a specific deal — a payout not arriving, a quote that expired mid-confirmation — belongs with the desk that ran it, not with a walkthrough author. Those desks operate non-stop; this author works in editorial time. The walkthroughs teach this boundary — use it.
